Wednesday, March 18th
Clooooooooooob Day. Club day? Anyways...
1) New members?
2) Rules
3) Tag (Rainbow)
4) 20 minute pace run w/partners. Today, you and your partner will be recording your 20 minute distance with me. The goal will be to continue to run further each pace run. Next week will be something different, I promise. It is so important that we begin to feel what it is like to run for 20 minutes!
Peace.

Monday, March 2nd
Firstly, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our four new club members. The Miner Road Runners is twelve strong now. We look forward to training together as we prep for the Ice Breaker race in April.
Monday will mark the start of our two a week training schedule. We will be running during the LEAP recess. Our time is limited to 20 minutes, but we will be certain to make the most of it. We will be going on a group runs (notice the 's' on run - that's right, there will be a couple of running groups starting next week) on the Miner Trail. Good stuff.
Challenge for the weekend: Run/walk (move) continuously for 20 minutes. Move at a pace that allows you to enjoy your surroundings.
